 Vladimir Putin has been actively working or intervening in the current Russia–Ukraine war.

Since the beginning of the Russia–Ukraine war in February 2022, Vladimir Putin has been deeply engaged in almost every phase of the conflict. His involvement cannot be counted in a fixed number of times like separate occasions, because as the President of Russia, his role has been continuous and central. From the very first announcement of the so-called "special military operation," Putin has personally addressed the Russian people and the world through televised speeches, strategic decisions, and diplomatic interventions. Throughout the war, he has chaired countless meetings with the Russian Security Council, military chiefs, and government officials to assess battlefield situations and economic sanctions. He has also made several high-profile visits, such as traveling to occupied territories, visiting front-line command centers, and hosting foreign leaders in Moscow to strengthen Russia’s position. In addition, Putin has worked repeatedly on propaganda efforts, portraying the war as a defense of Russian sovereignty and a struggle against NATO expansion. Thus, instead of isolated actions, his work in the war is a constant chain of leadership, planning, and public messaging, stretching from 2022 up to the present day, showing that he is continuously involved rather than intervening only at specific moments.

फरवरी 2022 में जब रूस–यूक्रेन युद्ध की शुरुआत हुई, तभी से व्लादिमीर पुतिन हर चरण में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल रहे हैं। उनके काम को किसी निश्चित संख्या में नहीं गिना जा सकता, क्योंकि रूस के राष्ट्रपति के रूप में उनकी भूमिका लगातार और केंद्र में रही है। युद्ध की शुरुआत में ही उन्होंने "विशेष सैन्य अभियान" की घोषणा करते हुए रूसी जनता और पूरी दुनिया को संबोधित किया। इसके बाद से वे लगातार सुरक्षा परिषद की बैठकों, सैन्य अधिकारियों के साथ रणनीतिक चर्चाओं और सरकारी बैठकों की अध्यक्षता करते रहे हैं। पुतिन कई बार कब्जे वाले क्षेत्रों और अग्रिम मोर्चे के कमांड केंद्रों तक गए, जिससे यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि वे प्रत्यक्ष रूप से भी स्थिति पर नज़र रखते हैं। उन्होंने मास्को में विदेशी नेताओं से मुलाकातें कर रूस की स्थिति को मज़बूत करने की कोशिश की। साथ ही, बार-बार भाषणों और प्रचार अभियानों के माध्यम से उन्होंने युद्ध को रूस की संप्रभुता की रक्षा और नाटो के विस्तार के ख़िलाफ़ संघर्ष के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया। इसलिए, पुतिन का काम किसी खास समय तक सीमित नहीं रहा, बल्कि 2022 से लेकर वर्तमान समय तक यह एक निरंतर प्रक्रिया रही है, जिसमें वे लगातार नेतृत्व, योजना और सार्वजनिक संदेशों के ज़रिये युद्ध में शामिल रहे हैं।
