The objectives of the SCO Summit 2025 revolve around strengthening regional cooperation, addressing emerging global challenges, and deepening the organization’s role in shaping multipolar world order. One of the primary aims is to enhance security collaboration against terrorism, extremism, separatism, and cyber threats, which continue to destabilize Eurasia. Economic integration remains another core goal, with emphasis on energy security, trade facilitation, infrastructure connectivity, and digital economy cooperation among member states. The summit also seeks to reinforce cultural and educational exchanges to foster mutual trust and people-to-people connectivity. Furthermore, given the changing dynamics of global politics and crises such as climate change, food insecurity, and technological disruptions, the SCO intends to present itself as a platform for dialogue and collective problem-solving, promoting a more inclusive, balanced, and sustainable international system.

एससीओ शिखर सम्मेलन 2025 के उद्देश्य क्षेत्रीय सहयोग को सुदृढ़ करना, उभरती वैश्विक चुनौतियों का समाधान खोजना और बहुध्रुवीय विश्व व्यवस्था के निर्माण में संगठन की भूमिका को गहरा करना है। इसका प्रमुख लक्ष्य आतंकवाद, चरमपंथ, अलगाववाद तथा साइबर खतरों जैसी समस्याओं के खिलाफ सुरक्षा सहयोग को और मजबूत करना है, जो अब भी यूरेशिया की स्थिरता के लिए बड़ी चुनौती बने हुए हैं। आर्थिक एकीकरण को भी महत्वपूर्ण उद्देश्य माना गया है, जिसमें ऊर्जा सुरक्षा, व्यापार सुगमता, अवसंरचना संपर्क और डिजिटल अर्थव्यवस्था में सहयोग पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। सम्मेलन का एक और मकसद सांस्कृतिक और शैक्षिक आदान-प्रदान को बढ़ावा देना है, ताकि पारस्परिक विश्वास और जन-से-जन संपर्क को मजबूत किया जा सके। साथ ही, वैश्विक राजनीति के बदलते परिदृश्य और जलवायु परिवर्तन, खाद्य असुरक्षा तथा तकनीकी संकट जैसी चुनौतियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, एससीओ स्वयं को संवाद और सामूहिक समाधान का ऐसा मंच बनाना चाहता है जो एक अधिक समावेशी, संतुलित और टिकाऊ अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रणाली को प्रोत्साहित करे।
