"Our pressure stays geared up to 'fight tonight,' and we proceed to make development towards the eventual transition of wartime Operational Control to a [Republic of Korea]-commanded, future Combined Forces Command," the protection secretary said.
He continued: "While assembly all the stipulations for this transition will take extra time, I'm assured that this method will fortify our alliance."
